Jack Kirk, Jr.
Originally from Hollister, California, Jack Kirk, Jr., has worked as a mortgage banker in Salinas for the past 20 years, previously with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and he currently works with Premier Mortgage. He not only has experience in private and commercial financing, but also in construction financing. Finding the right financial products for his clients—and helping them navigate the process—is what gives him the most satisfaction. Over the years, Jack has built a clientele on the basis of honesty and integrity, and his business is mostly repeat clients and referrals. It is those same principles—honesty and integrity—that he brings to Premier ADU. Jack has four grown kids, and, in his spare time, he enjoys being an assistant coach for the Notre Dame High School varsity girl’s lacrosse team, hiking and fishing in the Sierra Mountains, and spending time with my wife, kids and dog Willie.
Anthony Balesteri
A fourth-generation Monterey native, Anthony Balesteri has more than 25 years of experience as a general contractor in both commercial and residential construction. While Anthony enjoys the creative aspect of building—taking raw dirt and building projects from the ground up—it is his integrity and strong attention to detail that has allowed him to build a business of repeat clients and referrals. As Director of Operations at Premier ADU, Anthony oversees all aspects of construction, ensuring quality, value and a product unlike any other on the market today. In his free time, he enjoys boating, camping, competing in desert races and being with his family.
